Ted Hogan, Managing Partner
Ted Hogan is a leader in the firm’s Retail and Consumer Practices. With more than 25 years of experience advising senior leadership at top-performing retail, grocery, and consumer product companies, he conducts senior-level assignments for clients across all retail and digital formats including specialty, department store, general merchandise, luxury and lifestyle brands, consumer electronics, consumer durables, and grocery. His clients range from global Fortune 500 to private equity and venture-capital-backed companies. Ted specializes in searches for senior executives in general management, merchandising, marketing, and operations roles. In addition to his search work, he advises clients on broader strategic, succession, organization, and talent landscapes.
Terry Pegues, Executive Recruiter
Terry is an Executive Recruiter at Hogan & Associates Executive Search. His focus is on sourcing and identifying executive leadership candidates and recruiting the best team for our clients. Prior to joining Hogan & Associates Executive Search, Terry was an Associate at Hamline University in the Human Resource Department. In this role, he supported the HR team in the areas of recruiting, hiring, planning and execution of HR sponsored events. Terry graduated with Honors and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Hamline University.
Amelia Pegues, Executive Researcher
Amelia is the Executive Researcher at Hogan & Associates Executive Search. Bringing five years of retail experience, Amelia is relentless, building her expertise in research and data analytics. Amelia is also responsible for the various daily operational needs at Hogan & Associates Executive Search. Amelia earned her Business Administration degree from Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas.
